heey im from Mexico but last year i was living in Panama City, FL, where i took a Cake Decorating course in Michales. and i used to work with butter icing and decorate with it. but now that im back here in mexico im trying but this place is very hoy the normal temperature in the summer around 113 F. whats the ideal temperature to work with it because if it outside a little bit it start like sweading or melting.. anyways i hope u can help me..thanks
