Please pass the following on to the site editor: I read the info. of the San Francisco Restaruants, and found that there was an information gap about the ownership of the first Poodle Dog that burned in 1906. The actual owner was Leon Benard Cazet. He was my step grandfather. Please give him credits for being the original owner. His two sons were Alex and Leon Victor Cazet, who both worked at the Poodle Dog for their parents. I thank you so much for passing this information on to the site editor. Sincerely, Carol Broussard.
