Ingredients for Summer Swordfish with Citrus Recipe

6 small swordfish or other medium-fat
fish steaks, about 1-inch thick

1-1/2 pounds)
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Lemon wedges

Summer Swordfish with Citrus Preparation

Place fish steaks in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients except lemon wedges; pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place fish with marinade in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges. 6 servings
