Sm Apple, chopped 1/4
c Pitted whole Dates, snipped
2 tb Sliced Almonds
1 tb Brown Sugar
2-2/3 c Skim Milk
Oatmeal with Fruit and Nuts Preparation
In a medium saucepan combine water, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to boiling; stir in oats. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand, covered, till of desired consistency. Divide oatmeal among 4 serving bowls. Top each bowl with chopped apple, snipped dates, sliced almonds, and brown sugar.
