4 Slices lemon

3/4 c Chili sauce
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Mayonnaise

Bring water to boil in large kettle. Add red snappes, lemon, sliced onion, sald, and pepper. Continue to boil for 20 min. Drain fish; cool and flake.
