Ingredients for Minted Nuts Recipe

1/4 c Light karo syrup
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1 ts Essence of peppermint (pure
-peppermint extract)
10 lg Marshmellows
3 c Walnut halves

Minted Nuts Preparation

From: lull@acm.org (John Lull) Date: 29 Sep 1995 20:02:42 -0600 Combine syrup, sugar and water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Continue cooking until small amount in very cold water makes soft ball (like making candy). Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir in marshmellows until dissolved.
