Ingredients for Mini Cheese Pizzas Recipe
3 oz (3/4 cup) mozzarella
1/4 c Parmesan
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Basil
2 English muffins (split)
1 ds Garlic powder
Mini Cheese Pizzas Preparation
Heat broiler. In small bowl, combine cheeses, oregano & basil; set aside. Place muffin halves, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4-6 from heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
