4 Pineapple rings, chop fine
3 Bananas, sliced fine
1 Apples, chopped fine
1 Oranges; peeled, cut fine
1 c Pineapple juice
1 c Orange juice
2 c Water
1 Orange rind of
4 tb Cornstarch
1 c Heavy cream, whipped stiff
Mickey Rooney s Fruit Dessert Preparation
Combine pineapple, bananas, apple, and orange. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, rind, water and bring to a boil. Using a small amount of the juice mixture, make the cornstarch into a paste.
