Ingredients for Merle s Mop Sauce Recipe

1 c Vinegar, cider or wine
5 tb Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c Salad oil
3 tb Butter
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
3 Cloves, crushed
2 tb Ginger, grated
2 tb Dry mustard

Merle s Mop Sauce Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until flavors are nicely blended. Use to baste any meat or poultry.
