Ingredients for Meatball Dinner Recipe

1 lb Ground beef
2 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Chopped green pepper
1/4 c Yellow cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Chili powder
1 c Milk
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4 c Flour
2 tb Shortening
2 c Tomato juice
3 Potatoes; quartered
6 Carrots; halved
12 sm Onions
Salt & pepper

Meatball Dinner Preparation

Combine meat, chopped onions, green pepper, cornmeal, seasonings, milk and eggs. Mix and form in to 12 balls. Roll each ball in flour and brown in shortening. Place in loaf pan. Pour soup over.
