Ingredients for Meat Loaf with Hard-Boiled Eggs Recipe

1 lb Ground beef
1 c Bread crumbs
3 tb Minced onion
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Evaporated milk
2 tb Catsup

Meat Loaf with Hard-Boiled Eggs Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Put part of meat in casserole. Place hard-boiled eggs in middle and place the rest of the meat on top. As you slice it you will have a slice of egg with your meat.
