1-1/2 lb Ground beef
1 c Sour cream
1-1/4 c Crushed cornflakes
1 tb Diced onion
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
8 Kaiser rolls or hamburger
-buns, split
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices

Meat Loaf Hamburgers Preparation

In a large bowl, gently mix the first six ingredients; shape into eight patties. Grill, broil or pan-fry until the meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
