1 lb Minced meat
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Parsely; finely chopped
1 c Fresh mint; finely chopped
1 c Dill; finely chopped
1/2 c -water
1 Tomato, grated or
1 tb Tomato paste
– diluted in 1/4
c -cold water
2 tb Butter
