Ingredients for Meat and Cheese Loaf Recipe

2 lb Lean ground beef
1-1/2 c Mild Cheddar cheese; cubed
2 Eggs; beaten
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 lg Green pepper; chopped
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Celery salt
1/2 ts Paprika
1 c Milk
1 c Dry bread crumbs

Meat and Cheese Loaf Preparation

Combine all ingredients in the above order and mix well. Press into 9 x 5 loaf dish, or 10 inch round pie dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) 14 to 16 minutes.
