Ingredients for Mayonnaise #2 Recipe

1 Egg
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Salt
1 ts Powdered sugar
1 ds Black pepper
1 ds Red pepper
1 ds Paprika
1-1/2 c Cold vegetable oil
2 tb Lemon juice

Mayonnaise #2 Preparation

Beat together at high speed in electric mixer the egg, dry mustard, salt, sugar, peppers & paprika. Add the cold oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition, until 1/2 cup of the oil has been added & the mixture has thickened. Then add the remaining oil in larger quantities.
