1/4 c Butter; cut up
1/3 c Milk
2 Eggs

1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

For Crust: In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup flour, baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center: add milk all at once. Stir just until dough clings together. One a lightly flur surface, roll dough into an 11 circle. Fit into bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9×1 1/2 round baking pan. Trim crust even with top edge of pan. Bake the crust at 350
