1 c Sugar
1 c White corn syrup
2 tb Unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
Marshmallow Cake Filling (Thomas) Preparation
Mix together sugar and syrup; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin which has been softened in cold water. Chill mixture until cold and very thick. Beat 6 to 8 minutes at high speed of mixer until very fluffy. This cookbook is so old the cover is torn off and the pages are orange.
