Ingredients for Marmalade Cakes Recipe

125 g Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 Marmalade
1 c Flour
1 Tsp baking powder
3/4 c Sultanas
1 Dsp vanilla extract

Marmalade Cakes Preparation

Cream butter, sugar egg and marmalade, then add flour and baking powder and sultanas. Put tsp full on greased tray. Bake 200 deg C. (for about 8-10 mins) until brown.
