1/2 c Chopped pecans
1/4 lb (1 stick) butter or
Margarine.
1/2 c Granulated, or powdered
Sugar.

In a glass cake pan, or teflon pan, spread peaches evenly in bottom of pan, spread cake mix evenly over the top of peaches, dot with pats of butter evenly.
