Ingredients for Marie s Baked Beans Recipe

6 lb Small White Beans
2 lb Brown Sugar
1-1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Catsup
3 lb Bacon
Onions
Salt And Pepper; To Taste

Marie s Baked Beans Preparation

Cover beans and let stand overnight. Do Not Drain. Add teaspoon Salt. Slice Bacon 1/2 X 1 thick. Combine in Large Roaster and bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 7 hours. Stir occassionally. Add Liquid as needed ( use a combination of Water and Catsup, Water and Brown Sugar, or Water and Molasses).
