Ingredients for Maple Walnut Tapioca Recipe
1/4 c Tapioca
2/3 c Maple syrup
1/2 ts Salt
1 pt Milk
1 Egg yolk
1 Egg white; stiff
Walnut halves
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Whipped cream
Maple Walnut Tapioca Preparation
Mix tapioca, maple syrup, salt and well mixed egg yolk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Scald milk. Add milk to tapioca mixture and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Beat egg white until foamy.
