1 lg Green bell pepper;
-thinly sliced (2 cups)
1 c Sliced celery
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Water
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Light veg. soy sauce
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1 Clove garlic; crushed
