Ingredients for Mai Tai a la Andy Recipe
1-1/2 oz Light rum
1-1/2 oz Dark rum
1 oz Trader Vic s Orgeat Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Orange curacao
Mai Tai a la Andy Preparation
Fill giant old-fashioned glass with shaved ice. Add one cherry & slice of fresh pineapple. Mix all drink ingredients together & pour into glass. Float 1/2 oz 151 proof rum to top of each glass.
