Ingredients for Macaroni Sausage Salad Recipe
2 c Uncooked macaroni
1 lb Smoked sausage; 1/2 in.
-slices cooked
1 cn (15-ounce) kidney
-beans;rinsed-drained
1 Green or red bell pepper
-chopped
3/4 c Chopped celery
3 Hard cooked eggs; chopped
2 Tbsp.chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c Oil
3 tb Wine vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/8 Tsp; dried oregano
1 Red onion chopped
Macaroni Sausage Salad Preparation
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine sausage,kidney beans,red onion,bell pepper, celery, eggs, and parsley. In jar with lid,combine oil,wine vinegar, salt and pepper,garlic powder,and oregano. Shake well and pour over sausage mixture. Add pasta. Toss well. Chill.
