Ingredients for Low Fat Sausage Recipe

1 lb Turkey — ground/cooked
2-1/2 ts Sage
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Marjoram
1/8 ts Thyme — flakes
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Mustard
1/8 ts Cayenne
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1 c Water cold

Low Fat Sausage Preparation
