4 c Mashed yams
3 Eggs
1 c White sugar
1 c Brown sugar
2/3 Stick butter
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
2 c Crushed corn flakes

Louisiana Yam Casserole Preparation

Mix yams, eggs, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place in casserole and cover with corn flakes. Drizzle butter over. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
