Ingredients for Liver Paste Recipe

1 Stick oleo
2 lb Chicken liver
1 c Dry minced onion flakes
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Hard boiled eggs

Liver Paste Preparation

Melt butter in skillet, add chicken livers and all ingredients except hard cooked eggs. Simmer about 1 hour. Put in blender, add eggs and water to the desired consistency.
