Assemble the above ingredients on grilled hamburgers and rolls. I was very impressed with how this sauce turned out. I”ve never made anything like it before, but I tried it on my hamburger, and it tasted just like the sauce they use at On a Roll in Madison when they make their Souvlaki Beef Gyros. Mmmmm.
