Add Reserve Clam Liquid; Reduce Heat & Simmer Uncovered 15 Min. Stir in Clams, Parsley, Garlic powder & Pepper. Cook Until Thoroughly Heated. Combine Clam Mixture & Linguine in A Large Bowl.
