Ingredients for Lima Bean and Hamburger Casserole Recipe
2 c Cooked lima beans
1 lb Hamburger
1 Clove Garlic; minced fine
1/2 Onion; minced
1/3 c Green pepper; cut fine
2 c Tomatoes
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
1-1/2 ts Chili powder
Lima Bean and Hamburger Casserole Preparation
Put hamburger, garlic, onion and green pepper in skillet and brown slightly in oven, stirring often. Pour off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
