1 c Skim milk
1 c Lowfat lemon yogurt
2 tb Honey
1 ts Vanilla
3-1/2 oz Package instant lemon
-pudding & pie filling
Fresh raspberries
Light Lemon Pudding with Raspberries Preparation
Mix milk and yogurt in bowl with electric mixer. Add pie filling, honey and vanilla. Beat on low until thickened. Chill, covered, 1 hour to thicken. Serve with fresh raspberries.
