Ingredients for Lemony Asparagus Recipe

1 lb Fresh Asparagus — cooked
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts White Pepper
1/8 ts Dry Mustard
1/2 lg Lemon — juiced
1/2 c Bread Crumbs
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese — grated
Lemony Asparagus Preparation
Place cooked asparagus in shallow greased casserole in single layer. Melt butter; heat until golden brown. Blend in mayo, seasonings, and lemon juice; pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with crumbs, then cheese. Bake in preheated 375 oven 15 min. or til browned. Can be prepared in advance and reheated. Yield: 4-6 servings.
