Ingredients for Lemon Thyme Barbecue Sauce Recipe

3 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Dijon mustard
3 tb Olive oil
3 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Chopped green onions; white
-part only
1/4 c Finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tb Chopped fresh thyme; OR
2 ts Dried thyme; plus
1 ts Grated lemon peel
1 Shallot; finely chopped
Salt and pepper; to taste

Lemon Thyme Barbecue Sauce Preparation

Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice and mustard in bowl til smooth. Whisk in olive and vegetable oils in slow, steady stream til sauce is blended. Stir in green onion, parsley, thyme and shallot.
