Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Veggies Recipe

2 c Broccoli florets
2 c Cauliflower florets
1 c Thinly sliced carrot
1-1/2 tb Reduced-calorie margarine,
-melted
1 tb Lemon pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder

Lemon Pepper Veggies Preparation

Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 5 minutes; set aside, and keep warm. Combine margarine, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir well. Add vegetables; toss gently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
