Ingredients for Lemon Honey Recipe

1 lb Sugar
4 oz Butter
4 Eggs
4 Lemons; juice & rind of

Lemon Honey Preparation

Grate only the yellow parts of the lemons as the white pith is bitter. Strain the juice, beat eggs a little, put all ingredients into a double boiler or put in a basin & stand in hot water.
