Ingredients for Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe
3 tb White Wine Vinegar
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 ts Dijon-style mustard
1/2 ts Roasted garlic
1/2 ts Kosher salt
1 tb Light brown sugar or honey
1/2 c Extra-virgin olive oil
Lemon-Garlic Vinaigrette Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store any unused vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
