Ingredients for Lemon Freeze Recipe
2 c Fresh lemon juice
2 tb Grated lemon zest
1 c Sugar
2 tb Honey
1-1/2 c Cold heavy cream
1/2 c Water
Lemon Freeze Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into a 9×9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hours until solid.
