1 Broccoli, bundle
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Salad oil
1/2 Garlic clove, minced
2 ts Lemon juice
6 c Boiling water

Lemon Broccoli Preparation

Prepare broccoli, wash and drain. Split stalks. Place in large sauce- pan with boiling water and salt. Cover and cook untill tender (10 minutes). Drain. Heat garlic and oil in a small pan.
