Add onion and cook until translucent, 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, cumin and red pepper; cook 30 seconds. Add beans and cook 1 minute mroe; mashing beans with spoon. Stir in water, cook until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Prep Time: 5 mintues.
