Ingredients for Kokee Corn Bread Recipe
3 Eggs
1-1/4 c Milk
1/2 lb Butter; melted
3 c Bisquick
1 c Sugar
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Corn meal
Kokee Corn Bread Preparation
Whisk together eggs and milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg-milk mixture and melted butter. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. NOTES : This one is a favorite of ours. It is the most delicious cornbread – almost like cake! We had this cornbread for lunch high in the cool mountains of Kokee State Park on the island of Kauai.
