Ingredients for Kalte Ente Recipe
2 Bottles white wine
1 Bottle champagne
1 Glass red wine
Sugar cubes to taste
1 Lemon; sliced
Kalte Ente Preparation
Put lemon slices in deep bowl. Lay sugar cubes on lemon & add 1/2 bottle white wine. Cover well & chill 1-2 hours. Add remaining white wine & red wine. Just before serving, add champagne.
