12 Eggs — beaten
2 c Longhorn cheese — grated
1 pt Sour cream
2 c Ham; cooked — chopped
1/2 ts Salt
Julie s Baked Egg Casserole Preparation
Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1 1/2 cups of cheese, reserve 1/2 cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9×13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
