Ingredients for Jiffy Pecan Cookies Recipe
1 c Butter or margarine
1 c Powdered sugar
2-1/2 c Sifted flour
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Coarsely chopped pecans
Jiffy Pecan Cookies Preparation
Cream butter & sugar. Stir in flour & mix thoroughly. Add flavoring & nuts, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until delicately brown.
