1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 tb Instant coffee
3/4 c Butter; softened
1 Egg
1-1/2 c Flaked coconut
Java Crunch Cookies Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients except coconut. Blend well with mixer. Stir in coconut; mix thoroughly. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
