Ingredients for Jack Daniel s Rib Glaze #1 Recipe
1 c Jack Daniel s whiskey
1/2 c Dark brown sugar
1 c Catsup
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tb Lemon juice
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Salt
Jack Daniel s Rib Glaze #1 Preparation
Taken from Cooking with Wine and Spirits , edited by Barbara Brusehaber Dvorak Combine all ingredients: mix well. Brush ribs with a thin coating of glaze and place on grill.
