Ingredients for Jack Cheese Fondue Recipe
2 c Milk
2 c Dry white wine
2 oz Butter
1/4 c Flour or Butter roux
3 tb Corn starch
1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tb Tabasco sauce
1/2 tb Black pepper
1/2 tb Celery salt
1-1/2 lb Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack
1 lb Sonoma Garlic Jack
2 oz Sonoma cheddar
Jack Cheese Fondue Preparation
