1-3/4 c Liquor (Irish whiskey;
-brandy, rum; bourbon,
-scotch, vodka or rye
-whiskey)
1 cn (14-oz) Eagle Brand milk
1/2 pt Whipping cream
4 Eggs (Grade A uncracked)
2 tb Chocolate flavored syrup
2 ts Instant coffee
1/2 ts Almond extract

Irish Cream Liqueur #2 Preparation
