Ingredients for Irish Coffee Cooler Recipe
1-1/2 c Strong freshly brewed black
-coffee
5 oz Irish whiskey
2 sm Scoops coffee ice cream
1 pt Heavy cream
2 ts Sugar or to taste
2 ts Finely ground cinnamon mixed
-with:
2 ts Extra fine white sugar
1 Egg white
Irish Coffee Cooler Preparation
Place chilled coffee, ice cream and sugar in blender and whip until frothy. Add Irish whiskey and blend for 5 addition- al seconds. Whip heavy cream lightly, stopping before peaks are formed and place in a separate bowl. Mix sugar and cinna- mon until well-blended and set aside on a plate. Whip egg white very lightly with a fork so that it becomes a frothy liquid without being stiff. Dip chilled glasses in egg white, then into cinnamon mixture. Pour blender mixture into glasses. Top off with lightly whipped cream spread evenly with a spoon on top of Irish coffee mixture. Do not stir. Serves 2 generously.
