Ingredients for Hunan Marinade Recipe

1/4 c Plus 1 tbs
-hoisin sauce
3 tb Honey
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Dry sherry
2 tb Sesame seeds
1 Jalapeno chile
-seeded and minced
1 tb Sesame oil
1 tb Curry powder
1 tb Orange zest
-finely grated
1 tb Fermented black beans

Hunan Marinade Preparation
