1 c Flour
1/2 c Margarine
1 c Cream cheese
1 c Icing sugar
1 lg Cool whip
1 pk Chocolate pudding
1 pk Vanilla pudding
2 c Milk
Chocolate square, grated

Heaven in a Pan Preparation

Combine pecans, flour, margarine. Press into 9×13 pan, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Combine cream cheese with icing sugar and spread on cool base. Cover with half of cool whip.
